A small complimentary welcome pack is available on arrival.
High chair and cot hire for the duration of your stay is charged at £20.00 per item
1) Prices are based on the rental of the villa, pool and grounds
2) Prices include weekly cleaning, linen change and pool and grounds maintenance
3) A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
4) Refundable security deposit of £300.00 is required to protect against damage or theft
5) Final payment (including security deposit) to be settled 90 days prior to check-in
